I. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 18 years old to enter. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Enter individual sweepstakes by visiting n:zone (at no fee) and entering the sweepstakes of choice. There is no limit on entries. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, stolen, incomplete or misdirected entries.
Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. n:zone assumes no responsibility for lost, late, mis-delivered, mis-directed or incomplete entries, or for any computer, online or technical malfunctions that may occur. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, email address or household per “day.” Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. A “day” for purposes of this Giveaway is a period (of 23 hours and 59 minutes) that begins at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST.
II. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes are open to individuals residing in North America (USA & Canada), except where stated otherwise on the sweepstakes entry form. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of n:zone, the sweepstakes sponsor and their parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates, and their immediate families, and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes. n:zone is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries. An n:zone sweepstakes winner cannot win more than one competition in six months.
Each contest has a closing deadline which is 11.59pm USA EST. n:zone reserves the right, at its sole discretion or following a request by its sponsors, to, without advance notification, extend or reduce the sweepstakes period.
III. PRIZE
The prizes awarded are reflected on the individual sweepstakes pages. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. Unclaimed prizes (where the winner does not respond with their address details within 7 days of notification) will be awarded to another entrant via a random drawing.
IV. WINNERS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received within the entry deadline by n:zone. By participation, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner’s will be required to provide their mailing address. The winner must return within 7 days of notification this information. A noncompliance within that time period or the return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
V. INTERNET
If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, n:zone reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to modify the Giveaway with respect to any disqualified or lost entries. n:zone assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. n:zone is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by n:zone on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Giveaway. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, N:ZONE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
VI. RESERVATIONS
Winners grant n:zone the right to use and publish their legal name & state of residence online in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for n:zone to use winner names for editorials, advertising and promotional purposes without payment of additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless n:zone and the sweepstakes sponsors, their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won, any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Entry to a competition gives n:zone the authority to provide your email address ONLY to the sponsors of the competition for promotional purposes.

Competition Winners
1. How do I know if I have won a competition?
All winners names are announced on the Sweepstakes Winners page as well as personal notification through email.
2. I have claimed my prize but it STILL hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
Be patient! It can take 4-6 weeks from this point for you to receive your prize. If 4-6 weeks have passed and you STILL haven’t received your prize, please contact us.
3. I was away and didn’t receive notification that I had won. What do I do?
Unfortunately rules are rules! You CAN check with us though as we may not have held a redraw for the unclaimed prize. Pleading may help you get a consolation prize though if you miss out!
